• Full Day Conference: 4,500

• Half Day Conference: 3,500

Child Policy

• Children 0–3 years sharing with adults: FREE (max. 2).

• Children 4–11 years: 50% of adult rate when sharing.

• Children 4–11 years in own room: 75% of double rate (max. 3 per room).

• Extra person in a triple: 75% of adult sharing rate.

Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Rates apply to both residents and non-residents.

• Commissionable at 12.5% to TAs & TOs.

• Cancellation penalties:

  • 14 days & below prior to arrival: 50% of total booking revenue.

  • 3 days prior to arrival: 100% of total booking revenue.

  • No-show: 100% of total booking revenue.

• Rates are not valid during festive periods.
